Old school BMX Primo cranks and pedals. Pedals spin well. A bit rough overall. No bad threads I can find. The crank arm holes are oversized and have adapter/reducers.
One pedal is removable from the arm with adapter attached, the other has not been removed.
Have not attempted to separate pedals from adapters, this may take some work.
Unsure if pedals are 1/2 or 9/16.
